If, in the opinion of PPH, a transaction involves fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to prohibit a customer from redeeming accrued points and PPH may cancel the account. Points in the rewards program are the sole property of PPH, and not the property of customers. In the events, the program is canceled, all unredeemed points and benefits are forfeited. Points may not be sold or transferred. The rewards program may be modified or ended at anytime in the sole discretion of PPH. The program is void where prohibited by law.
