How Can I Get Additional Information about a Product?
At PentecostalPublishing.com we are working hard to give our customers as much information as possible about each and every product we carry. For most items we have managed to provide some basic information along with an image and description of the product. However, with such a huge selection of Christian products, there are a few items that are missing some of this information. We realize that lack of information makes it difficult for our customers to make purchasing decisions, so we are working hard to enhance our database.

Is It Safe to Order Online from PentecostalPublishing.com Using My Credit Card?
At PentecostalPublishing.com we offer a secure server with top encryption for the safety and convenience of our customers. Using the secure server, you can rest assured that your ordering information, including credit card number and expiration date, will remain encrypted, and therefore out of the hands of hackers and thieves.
Can I Use My Debit Card For Purchases?
Yes you can, but please be aware that an attempted purchase of Pentecostal Publishing House product with a bank debit card, even if the purchase is declined, will result in a temporary deduction from the account associated with the debit card. This deduction will be credited back to the account within several days of the attempted transaction. The time-frame for the declined charge to be reversed is determined by the bank or institution issuing the debit card. Customers with duplicate charges on their debit card must contact their bank or institution with questions about the status of these charges. Pentecostal Publishing House is not responsible for duplicate charges to any account associated with a debit card.
What Other Payment Options Are Available?
If you have a Net 30 terms account with CNI, you may charge your purchase to your CNI account. Simply select the “Purchase Order” option at checkout, and enter your PO number. You will be invoiced by CNI distributors, and payment is due within 30 days of purchase.
If you have a Net 30 terms account with CNI, but the “Purchase Order” option does not appear at checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly link your web account to your CNI account.
If you need to return product, first, please call our toll free customer service number (866.819.7667) to receive proper instructions on how to best expedite the process. Merchandise can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. When returning items always include a copy of your original order invoice. We cannot ship items on consignment or trial.
