The purpose of the Pentecostal Publishing House is to advance the cause of spreading the whole gospel to the whole world through the production and dissemination of religious knowledge, useful literature, and spiritual information in the form of books, tracts, periodicals, etc.

PentecostalPublishing.com is owned by the United Pentecostal Church International and maintained by the Division of Publications. The United Pentecostal Church International is headquartered in Hazelwood, Missouri.

At PentecostalPublishing.com we carry well over 4,000 products, all of which can be accessed quickly and easily via our powerful server with our flexible search and browse function.

How can I Get My Product Listed with PentecostalPublishing.com?

Independent products (that is, items being marketed by either the author or a small publisher) may be sent to the Pentecostal Publishing House for review, but because of the large number of inquiries that we receive, we are unable to personally respond to requests or return samples. How Can I Get Additional Information about a Product?

At PentecostalPublishing.com we are working hard to give our customers as much information as possible about each and every product we carry. For most items we have managed to provide some basic information along with an image and description of the product. However, with such a huge selection of Christian products, there are a few items that are missing some of this information. We realize that lack of information makes it difficult for our customers to make purchasing decisions, so we are working hard to enhance our database.

How Do I Search for a Product at PentecostalPublishing.com?

There are a variety of ways to locate products at PentecostalPublishing.com. If you are searching for a specific item, you can use our search function. When you enter a title, author, ISBN number, keyword, or stock number, the search will locate all items matching your criteria. Or, use our browse function if you are looking for all the books within a particular category.

Do You Group Products by Special Interests?

PentecostalPublishing.com features a browse function that allows customers to look through a variety of products within a particular category.

Personal Profiles

Why Log In?

By setting up a personal profile, we can serve you better by bringing to you products that reflect your interests. There is no faster way to order from PentecostalPublishing.com than by using a personal profile. By storing all of your ordering information, you'll be able to order from our huge selection of Christian products over and over again without re-entering your mailing address, billing address and name. When using a personal profile, it takes only a few clicks for our products to be on their way to you!

Changing My Preferences

To change your user preferences, simply log in and click on the "my account" menu item. This will take you to your user profile where you can change any information you like.

Changing My Password

Once you have filled out your information on the login page you will be emailed a randomly generated password. Return to PentecostalPublishing.com and login using the password that was sent to you. You can then change your password and preferences.

What If I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Just click on “Forgot Your Password?” at the login screen.

E-Newsletter

By being a registered member you will automatically begin receiving our emailed newsletter. To cancel this service just send a reply email with "remove" in the subject line from the address you would like removed. You will be removed before the next newsletter goes out.

Yes. You can rest assured that with the use of secure connections and encryption, any information you enter on our server is safe from hackers and thieves. When ordering by mail or fax, please use an order form if possible, completing all pertinent information. Type or print plainly. Order blanks are provided online in PDF format. Order forms may be mailed or faxed as indicated below.

Payment Options

Is It Safe to Order Online from PentecostalPublishing.com Using My Credit Card?

At PentecostalPublishing.com we offer a secure server with top encryption for the safety and convenience of our customers. Using the secure server, you can rest assured that your ordering information, including credit card number and expiration date, will remain encrypted, and therefore out of the hands of hackers and thieves.

What Other Payment Options Are Available?

If you have a Net 30 terms account with CNI, you may charge your purchase to your CNI account. Simply select the “Purchase Order” option at checkout, and enter your PO number. You will be invoiced by CNI distributors, and payment is due within 30 days of purchase.

If you have a Net 30 terms account with CNI, but the “Purchase Order” option does not appear at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@pentecostalpublishing.com and we will gladly link your web account to your CNI account.

Return Policy

If you need to return product, first, please call our toll free customer service number (866.819.7667) to receive proper instructions on how to best expedite the process. Merchandise can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. When returning items always include a copy of your original order invoice. We cannot ship items on consignment or trial.

Privacy Policy

Why Do You Ask for My Email Address?

Email allows us to serve our customers better by getting information out quickly and efficiently. However, we understand that some people are sensitive about giving out their address because they are afraid of receiving intrusive email or "spam." Well, we're not "spam" fans either, and we won't sell or send your email address to anyone without your permission.

However, we would like to send you information about special offers from time to time. To cancel this service just click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any e-blast you receive. You will be removed automatically before the next newsletter comes out.

Why Do You Ask for My Phone Number When I Order?

We require a phone number for all orders placed at PentecostalPublishing.com to allow us to contact you quickly in the event that there's a problem with your order. Pentecostal Publishing House prints a quarterly catalog, but our website is the most comprehensive and up-to-date product listing. Therefore, we would encourage you to visit our website often. Publishing Your Work

How Can I Get My Work Published by the Pentecostal Publishing House?

Pentecostal Publishing House publishes a limited number of titles annually. You may submit your manuscript for consideration by following the guidelines which can be downloaded here. Manuscript submissions should be emailed to lalexander@upci.org.

Can I Partner with Pentecostal Publishing House if I am Self-published?
